Fresh Tomatillio Salsa

Ingredients:

2-4 tablespoons chili pepper flakes

1 pound fresh tomatillos, peeled, stems removed, and washed (about 12)

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 medium clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon sugar

Preparation:

Pulse tomatillos in food processor until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and eat.  This salsa will get stronger with time in the refrigerator.  Very Simple!
