Broccoli raab stir fry
Ingredients:
1 large bunch raab
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bunch scallions
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Rinse the raab & roughly chop, set aside. Rinse the scallions & cut into 3″ sections. In a large skillet heat the oil over medium & add the garlic, sauteing for a couple minutes. Add the raab & scallions sauteing for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & serve.
