Onion Rings
Ingredients:
¾ cup Bob’s Red Mill organic white flour
2/3 cup organic milk
1 organic egg
organic high heat sunflower oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 large organic sweet onions

Directions:
Slice the onions ¼ inch thick, separate into rings and set aside. For batter: combine flour, milk, egg, 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, pepper and beat until smooth. In a deep fry pan heat 1 inch of oil to 365 degrees. Dip individual rings into batter, shake off excess, and then fry a couple at a time until golden brown.  Remove rings from oil and drain on a towel.  Serve hot and crispy!
