Farmer’s hot wings

Farmer’s hot wings (adapted from Better Homes & Gardens cookbook)
Ingredients
2  and 1/2 pounds organic chicken wings and drumettes
3 tablespoons organic high heat sunflower oil
salt
pepper
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original Hot Pepper Sauce
1/3 cup Tillamook melted butter
Tobasco sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
cayenne pepper
Toby’s fresh gourmet blue cheese dressing
organic celery sticks

Directions
Rinse wings and drumettes in water and pat dry, place in baking pan and drizzle with sunflower oil, salt and pepper to taste then bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender and crispy. Combine red hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder.  Add tobasco sauce and cayenne pepper to taste. Thoroughly coat wings in sauce and use blue cheese dressing as a dip, enjoy with celery sticks.

Follow with coconut cake cupcakes for a sweet treat!
