Ingredients:
2 cups Chopin Potato vodka
1 cup Cointreau liqueur
1 cup organic cranberry juice cocktail (available at New Seasons market)
1/2 cup organic pomegranate juice
4 organic limes- juiced
thin slices of lime sprinkled with organic turbinado sugar
Directions:
Pour vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juic, pomegranate juice, and lime juice into a large pitcher. Stir to combine. Fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice and pour vodka mixture into it. Shake vigorously to combine & pour into martini glasses. Garnish with sugared lime slices & serve.
