Roast Pork Loin

Ingredients:
1 organic pork loin
1 organic onion chopped
6 cloves organic garlic roughly chopped
1/4 cup high heat organic sunflower oil
salt
ground black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Rinse the thawed pork loin in cold water and pat dry.  Place in a baking dish and put chopped onion and garlic around it. Drizzle sunflower oil over pork loin and vegetables.  Sprinkle liberally with fresh ground black pepper and salt.  Roast in oven for 20-40 minutes (depending on size of loin) or until it reaches a safe internal temperature.
